GOSH! Today don't have training! and i'm relaxing! but after a few minutes... my senior called me! asK me to go down NOW! then i went down! stupid me shouldn't have answer the call! ai ya! shit! hahaha... then i went down lohz.... then he told me that he'll be training me personally! arGh! wad's that! One to One training ah! siaoz... then it was tough lohz.... his training is call me to use weights tied on my ankle! and do 50 lay ups! WITH WEIGHTS! HelPZ! hahaha... phew... i tot i'm gonna have cramp! but i didn't... heez... then 1 pm then can go home... sobz... when i reach home... i'm somehow like a dead fish! hahaha... bath le then mum said she will be cooking tonitez! YeAhz! then i slept from 3pm till 6pm... then woke up coz its quite hot annd went to bath again! heez... bo liaoz... hahaha.... then finish my dinner liaoz went to jog at 10 plus... then came back BOM! zZzZzZzZZzZzZZZZzzzz...
Coach told my dad: "Enming still have rooms for improvement... he's a talented person..."
